  Outstanding service and professional. They went beyond the call of duty to help my girlfriend and I secure a home. Highly recommend going to this branch and banking with BB&T!

  I was just at this location to get a replacement card. Vida was extremely helpful in helping me do that. She went above and beyond the customer service call of duty to make sure that I got what I needed because she deleted the card versus replaced the card. That caused me to have to go through extra steps. So I had to get on the phone and do a couple of extra things to verify my new pin. While I understand per the policy that I should have been on one side of the desk, she was just trying to get me in-and-out without more confusion. The market leader corrected her while I was sitting there which was so unprofessional. I also could tell that there were other ego issues with the market leader per her tone. Before I left I went in to the market leaders doorway and let her know why Vida did what she did and that she was going the extra mile. I also explained to her that I understood her policy but she was trying to make sure that I was a happy customer. She had turned the computer screen so that I couldn't see it anyway and I wasn't trying to peek at it. Managers when you have a correction it would probably be best to either stand nearby to see that nothing wrong has been done and then wait until the customer is gone before you attempt at chestise someone in front of the public. I hope the leader learns a lesson but she probably won't. I miss Tony from being there. He was the best! I would hire Vida any day!
