      Was treated very badly at the peirpont branch on Monday 2/11/2019. So I went to the Sabraton branch today to cash the same check I tried to cash on Monday. The tellers there are so nice and friendly. Ciara cashed my check with no problems. I've also delt with Betty, and she is absolutely amazing. So I don't understand what's going on over at the Peirpont branch, they are so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I was about to close all my accounts, but the staff at Earl L Core road staff saved the day.

      Truist is acknowledged by the FDIC to be the least consumer oriented bank. They cashed a fraudulent check on my account that was stolen from my house (by a ring of thieves that are currently be prosecuted, not a guest in my house) and claimed that I had failed to safeguard my checks so they didn't refund the money.
