      Called ten different branches today trying to close down my account and was treated less than human by all of them. Apparently I don’t count as a human being or a customer because all of them told me they were too busy to bother with me. This one was supposed to call me back and never did. Never been treated so rudely in my life.

      This was a great bank when it was BB&T. Truist is garbage. They can't explain why money randomly goes missing. Your balance will yoyo when you haven't even made any transactions. I was with BB&T for 17 years, but am looking for a new bank for my checking account.
