      After all the problems. We all have been experiencing with covid-19 BB&T have gone above for their customers!!. Helping and protecting them as well. I know they saved me with fast service to protect my accounts. When someone used my number. Quickly and fast service can't ask for anything better from a Band. And a back that cares for their customers.

      This bank puts extended hold times on checks. They want your money, but won't give it to you when needed. I will be closing my account whenever they decide to give me my money; I've been given 3 different release dates. Rude tellers as well.

      Awful.....the older women in there.... telling lies on their OWN Customers.... trying to cause problems.... SHAMEFUL! The service is also just BAD all around.... with everything going on in the World, you would think they would have BETTER thing's to do than LIE on CUSTOMERS!!!! It's WE the CUSTOMER that YOU have a JOB!!!! Most likely will be moving a ALL Account to ANOTHER Bank because of THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!
