      Initially I didn’t have a smooth experience here. I won’t go into detail on the people or the situation that wasn’t very pleasant but I will say that John Murdoch, a banker at this location, saved the day. After making several trips to the bank John stepped in and took the weight right off my shoulders. Because of John I left with a smile on my face and a problem SOLVED. I truly appreciated his knowledge and efficiency. Banks need more people like John!
