      The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The teller staff is knowledgeable and always being helpful. I have been banking with BB&T for the past 8 years and I’ve had zero problems with them. The staff remembers your name and treat you with quality service. Highly recommend

      Avoid doing any inside transactions. This bank has terrible and I mean terrible customer service. I have been waiting for over an hour for help. No one come to acknowledge the line or give you the courtesy giving you an estimate of your wait time. This is worse customer service that I have ever received at any bank. What happened to the old BB&T? This Truist Bank is sincerely lousy. I wish I can give them a -10. I'm now leaving and have the assets moved to a different bank. And the bank is empty.

      I went to this location to make some changes on my account and the doors were still locked at 9:10am though they open at 9:00am. They did not notice me standing at the doors. I had to call to be let in. Also, I had called prior to coming in to find out what paperwork I needed to bring with me and it was never mentioned that an appointment was required to be seen by a banker. When I arrived there today I was told it was by appointment only and the banker was fully booked. I have had problems with this branch before and their lack of customer care. I will no longer be banking at this branch.
