      This old woman rude from the start would not take an employees check to deposit and I cash it through the business account we have and have had with trust...she wasnt going to do anything I knew from her attitude..according to this rude old woman new policy changes won't allow them to do that..well did it happen since Fri cuz we do it every Friday . Rude and shouldn't deal with customers. Cost me time and money ..worst bank teller EVER

      The drive thru customer service sucks. I had to go inside to complete my order and they still couldn't assist me. Mandy was not nice either. I will not suggest going to this branch for friendly service. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with BB &T. Do not come here for your bsnking needs!
