      It is Friday, plenty of things to do, went inside because I had rolled coins. Mercedes, my teller was quick and efficient and when I was turning to leave, she told me about the teller two windows over "It is her last day. "Is that he reason for cake on the table coming in?" They all said Yes. I went over to say a word to the departing teller. This is a friendly bank. I had a good feeling when I left.

      I went yesterday 12/29/2021 to deposit 2 checks. We have been customers with them for 15 years, and I asked if I can use the restroom? You know what she said!!!!! Oh no customers can use the restroom, oh really? If it's not the customers money there wouldn't be a bbt, great customer service.

      This has been my local branch for 15 years. Staff is super nice but the ATM is down a LOT so you can’t count on it. And really slim weekend hours. What’s the point? At this point i think i am giving up on the local branch concept and will just bank with Schwab or Fidelity.
