      I was told by the branch manager that I was wasting her time because I was trying to verify the information on a BBT wire transfer from my BBT account to my mortgage bank. I suggested a phone call to my mortgage bank to clarify the wire instructions, and she told me to call them. I was on the phone waiting for 13 minutes and the BBT branch manager said that I was wasting her time. On my way out of her office, she asked me whether I was going to sign the wire transfer. At home, I finally got in touch with my mortgage banker and they told me the instructions were outdated and that BBT should have called to verify the wire instructions.
