I love Suntrust as a bank. I have been with them since I've had a bank account at 18.....but their online access is spotty. It can be very frustrating in a busy world to try to go online with them. I really wish they could get it together!

Went to this location to open a checking account because their online site cannot verify identity. There were 3 bankers available (place was empty). However, we were told ONLY their Manager is allowed to open new accounts for Suntrust and that we would have to wait about one hour because she was too busy with a call. Ridiculous!!!
