      I had to start banking at this bank due to the fact that that’s where my paycheck was drawn from. Turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. I absolutely love going to this location. Renee and Carol do an amazing job and is always so friendly and helpful every time I go there. I’ve convinced family to trade banks to this location because of them. Won’t bank any where else now. Thank y’all so much for the wonderful job y’all do!

      Got to be the slowest bank I have ever been to. If your in a hurry don't come here! I first went to the main street mount airy location and they was closed for no reason.... so I decided to travel on down to pilot mountain location. I would have been better counting my loses and waiting until Monday to get my banking needs resolved. I sit for 30 minutes in a drive thru and never plan to do this again..

      Proves yet again why I will never bank with BB&T. Cash checks every week but because I am in another town they have to call and verify who knows what!!!
