      Horrible customer service. 34K in fraudulent checks taken from our business account. Account was frozen went to this branmch to set up new account, waited over an hour for the banker. She then left to get her nails done next door ! I was told to come back, came back EOD and was told she still was not back and would call me. Heard her on the phone saying it was too close to 5. My questions about the account all unanswered. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

      Customer service at downtown Decatur branch is hit or miss. Phone support is horrible! I have never called when there wasn’t at least a 40 minute wait due to high call volume.
