      Great staff, well at least the tellers, I can’t speak of the rest of the staff. Very dull environment, but it’s a bank so it’s expected. Nice bank!

      This bank is absolutely horriable after fighting an identity issues and them not wanting to help they shut down my account without notice claiming is owe them a maintenance fee on an account I haven’t used for a year because of the fraud activity eleven with police involved they still wouldn’t make me a priority and provide the asked for documents. Tellers don’t know anything and can’t handle a simple task of transferring money.. Will be filing against the BBB and will be filing against my credit company.

      Absolutely the worst BB&T branch I have ever been to. What takes 15-30 minutes at my branch closer to me (they are closed - not sure why) has taken them an hour.
