      Are you open or closed is my question? I understand about mergers but as a customer for over 20 years the service has declined. I gave them a pass for the pandemic having hours posted and yet coming you can't get in is a big deal. I scheduled my appointment. Let's see if truist does better. It may be time to find a new bank. The ladies always seem annoyed when you enter for teller service

      I have had an account with SunTrust for YEARS! Yesterday I went to get change, trying to go on a slow day, for a huge sale I am having this weekend. The sweet young lady told me that she didn't have the change today, but would have it tomorrow. Today, I go in and Ms. LaQuenta Milow gives me such attitude and difficulty to get $700 in change. You would think I was trying to rob the place with the attitude and horrible customer service she gave. I DON'T recommend going to THIS ladies window. She could use a class in customer service.
