      Our bank Suntrust and BT&T have merged. Sun trust at Hilltop closed their lobby but the BT&T Bank Manager (on First Colonial) would not allow my husband and I to conduct business inside because their not fully merged yet. We could have used the drive in. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous; if the tellers can process Suntrust patrons outside, they can surly welcome us inside as they are doing for their current BT&T customers. This is the absolute worse customer service. It scares me to think of what’s coming once this merger takes place.
