      Transferred from navy federal after I got scammed there lost all my money and owed money to the bank because they don’t cover scams. Luckily, I’m not an active duty member i can’t imagine after being treated this way. 1st day with SunTrust I felt more informed about the bank and my finances than with 1 year at navy federal.

      Our bank Suntrust and BT&T have merged. Sun trust at Hilltop closed their lobby but the BT&T Bank Manager (on First Colonial) would not allow my husband and I to conduct business inside because their not fully merged yet. We could have used the drive in. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous; if the tellers can process Suntrust patrons outside, they can surly welcome us inside as they are doing for their current BT&T customers. This is the absolute worse customer service. This Suntrust should never have shut down without an operating bank available to its current customers. It scares me to think of what’s coming once this merger takes place.

      I had to visit the bank for a second time because they lost my money. It is supposed to close at 1 on Saturday and at 12:09 the doors were locked.
