I have had the good fortune of experiencing amazing friendly customer service. It’s a breath of fresh air to see the diversity that exists in the work place. I would be remiss to say I haven’t had frustrations with the new changes, however as time goes I see the mission of Truist and the great value it brings to the customer and the staff. I pray for those that insinuate discrimination from a group of diverse positive staff striving to turn your DIME into a DOLLAR 💵. Please reflect on your own issues before you make such damaging remarks on people you have no idea of. Good luck to all enduring the banking transformation and may your profits grow!

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! I am so frustrated because I can't get answers or my problem resolved. I try calling several times a day, no one ever answers(screening my calls). On the rare occasion that I have gotten an answer, Jason Johnson, is always with another customer and they take my name and number and they will have him call me right back. I have never received a call back or received a reply from an email that I've sent. And do not bother calling the 1-800 number because they can't help you either. I have done everything that he's asked me to do to get power of attorney for my aunts account. I have brought in all paperwork that he's requested after stating they won't except the forms I've turned in because of my aunts signature. I have to take time out of my busy day to go up there in person and they still can't help me. I've been working on this for a month now. Ridiculous. I'm about to shut her account and move it to my bank. At least they have customer service.
