      Very disappointed in this suntrust on 12/22/2018. I didnt even want to rate 1 star. Went to deposit check at 11:45pm and was given receipt confirming the check was deposited correctly. Turns out it was not deposited correctly by the teller in the drive through. I have now been on a phone call with a 1800 number for 2 hours trying to fix this problem to be told that it needs to be taken care of at the Hampton location where I made deposit. They closed at 12pm so this was not an option. The next time to fix the problem is Monday which is Christmas eve and due to a teller not doing there job correctly, I am forced to wait considering I have family to visit since it is CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS. No matter how busy you are, you should be able goto perform your job duties proficiently! If you can not then maybe you should be supervised or retrained. *I called this location at 11:50 after checking to see my check wasnt even pending and no one answered and I left voicemail with branch manager which was not returned and will probably not be returned til CHRISTMAS EVE. I am outraged and something needs to be done. Including home office being able to go in and fix the situation and not telling a customer to do it themselves at one of their locations.
