      Terrible worst banking experience I've had at a truist location even worse than bb&t. Not allowed to use drive thru if not a account holder even tho each other location does allow this type of transaction. This is how they try to get customers and I would advise avoiding this location no matter how much time u have near Jefferson Ave & Mercury Blvd

      A representative from my company went to make their weekend deposits was told that Everyone in line making company deposits needed to use the nightly deposit box, that they would get them following day. Then added she was only 1 person and could not do everything while someone else was handing out water bottles . Talk about perception. I have worked for this company for 7 years dealing with this location never have we had this issue.
