      Update: they have included a new drive thru atm. Sometimes it undercounts. I have changed my rating. There is no drive thru atm so had to use walk up atm but half the time I go, it's down. Very irritating to have a machine be down when you need to withdraw and the next suntrust is 10 miles away.

      This bank cashed a fraudulent check that does not even look like a check we would have used. Suntrust is, by far, the worse bank I have ever worked with and their customer service representatives: Valeria, Latonya, Gregory, are all lacking in customer service professionalism. My best advice is do not write checks, and better yet, do not use Suntrust for your banking needs. This is a bank that will make you suffer while they complete an investigation into why their Marietta branch could not tell the difference between a fake check and a real one. I am disgusted.

      Not helpful when it comes to learning about loan services. While I realize it's the end of their day, I hurried from work to get here for information on a topic I know nothing about. Looks like he was annoyed. Only told me one sentence of information. Felt extremely rushed out. I still know nothing about the topic.
