  I received every bit of assistance I needed, when I was refused by the horrible staff at the Catonsville branch. The Elkridge team is helpful, friendly, and have outstanding customer service. The Catonsville employees could learn a lot from the Elkridge team. Keep up the good work!

  I work 6 to 3pm and I arrive at this location at 330 when I have to make deposits and I'm in line or in the drive thru for more than 40 minutes. Two days In a row I was told by the female bank rep that the system shut down come back tommorow. I call the branch manager and was hung up on. Very unprofessional financial institution.

  I can not stand BB&T. Literally the worst bank I have ever been with. I switched my accounts to a new bank the end of last year because I had had enough. I went to this location to close my last account. Due to some strange practice at BB&T they wouldn’t allow me to close my last account at that time. They assured me they would close it the next morning. Okay fine, I assume they closed it and that’s on me for believing them. Months later I get a notice from BB&T saying my account is over drafted because the monthly maintenance fee was more than I had in the account (obviously considering I cleared out the account). I call in and speak to them again, they say they’ll refund the money and close the account. I just got another notice saying that BB&T will not refund the over draft fees because there’s no error on my account. So now I have to pay over $100 simply because these employees literally do not do their job or what they say they will do. What an absolute scam of a business. Our healthcare system is better to clients than BB&T! They need to go out of business
