  Traci Johnson was my lender and I don't know where to even begin. This woman goes well beyond the call of duty in what she does. As a person who runs a group of employees and works 12-16 hr days I will say: Traci exceeds any and all expectations of any normal employee of 99% of any company. She was my absolute in handling all transactions and what was needed and expected of me so efficiently, she explained every process along the way so I was never unaware of anything. When the chips got down a little she not only went to bat for me 150 % she kept me calm in my chaos. She even did this on a time when she was so sick I felt guilty asking her but true to her dedication she perservered and made it ALL happen. She is one of the most outstanding woman I have ever met. I would hands down recommend her to everyone I know. She sold my son his house. My buying process was quick and easy and was because of Traci. I personally want to take her to dinner to show her my gratitude for what she did for me and I promise ANY buyer this IS your person when buying a house !!!. Traci Thank you for being who you are. AWESOME !!!!

  I’ve been trying to pay off my loan with this bank for months, and I’m always getting the runaround when I call. There is only one person in charge of handling these payments and they do not return your calls, ever.

  We had such a great experience with Mark and his team. Not only was their rate the best, their customer service was amazing. We knew what was going on at each step in the process and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
