      Mo Elwardi is awesome and takes such good care of his customers! He has navigated my family through several different banking requirements as my dad got ill, and took time to make sure everything would be set up correctly. We feel lucky to have him as our banker.

      Although the staff are pleasant, they aren’t very helpful when solutions are needed. Always a problem when I’m sending international wire transfers. Bad rates, no help, and won’t do accommodations under branches will. Wish it wasn’t the closest location to my house.

      Staff here are not as helpful as the staff at the Greenbrier location! In fact the staff here are impatient and sometimes rude! I am a long time customer with BBT and it is very disappointing to have an experience like this. This is the worst branch by far. This branch need lots of improvement in customer service.
