      Slow as a hell. At least a Spanish lady banker tried to accommodate other customers but this black banker kept chatting with a customer for over 48 min now and continue having fun with the customer. When I came in, there were these 2 bankers and 4 customers, 2 on waiting, resulting in 50 min waiting time for a notary service.
