      In short, every part of my experience has been a pleasant one since opening an account a year ago . Every time I've needed to make a deposit, withdrawal or transfer funds, they have recognized me, remembered personal details about me, and have gone above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one.       Extremely poor customer service. I called to verify I would be able to get something done with my mortgage at this branch before driving 45 minutes one way from my house due to the other nearby branches being closed due to covid. Once I got there, I was told I couldn't be helped because we didn't have our checking accounts with them.
