      This Suntrust branch is by far THE BEST branch that I have ever been to. I have been banking with them for 8 years and have dealt with many branches in that time period. The people at this location are wonderful. Huge shoutout to Tabitha! She has been so pleasant and helpful... always with a smile on her face.

      This Bank no longer operates like SunTrust. Calling customer service is really frustrating and usually you have one hour wait time. If you are lucky enough to get a representative they over promise and under-deliver. Excessive maintenance fees on checking accounts. Don't waste your time with this Bank. On a positive note the employees are very courteous.
