      I have been banking with BB&T now Truist for years and I have had the most wonderful relationship with everyone. Always helpful, friendly and have always offered the best programs available in the branch. I switched the financing of my car with them and saved a lot of money.

      I used to be very satisfied with this bank in NC, i dont know if it’s Miami or the whole service has changed!! Since they made this stupid U app update it’s been so complicated. My husband transfereed me an amount from his bbnt to my bbnt and they mailed it to me as a check!!! And everytime i try to deposite a check through this app it never works!! I am very upset with bank and hating it!!
