      I can't say enough good things about my experience at this branch. The first person I dealt with was Patrick G. Who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then, I continued my transaction with Tania Lorenzo who was excellent!! I had a problem with my credit and she helped me resolve it. She gave me a lot of instructions on how to make payments and explained the whole process of my transaction to me like I was 3 years old. She offered to make herself available to me when I told her how tight my schedule was. I close my heloc in a matter of days! I'm a very happy customer and I highly recommend Tania and this branch for your banking needs!!!

      Run from this bank ..the merger is a joke..they have stolen from me twice and ignore me. They blame "the merger" that was done In mid February. Please please go to another bank. Close your account ASAP. Please do yourself that favor..because if you have an issue they hide like cowards.

      Called 27 times just got the voice mail....then on the 28 call a Cuban women told me she was at lunch breake....I told her that I was calling from outside of USA...put me on hold.....forever.....
