      This review is strictly for this branch as they are excellent people. They took care of a auto loan payoff that the incompetent Truist corporate payoff department was not able to handle after two separate attempts. Thank you so much to the staff at this branch.

      I drove a half an hour to some important banking. They where closed 10:30 in the morning on a Monday. If this is how you treat your customers I do not want to bank here anymore.

      This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! I have been banking with BB&T now Truist for over ten years and have never felt so upset, aggravated and uncomfortable. I’m truly not one to normally complain. However, Brian Hayes is the absolute worst. He has terrible customer service and I will not be attending this location ever again because of him. Also I will be closing my account because of him. If you want to continue banking with Truist I strongly advise you NOT to go to this location.
