      I have banked at SunTrust for many years and I have never had a problem. As I have worked in a bank and it is customary to charge for cashing a check drawn on a SunTrust account if you don't have a account there. If you don't want to pay for the service, go to your bank!Thank you SunTrust!

      If you need a bank that can provide at least a moderate level of customer service you won't want to bank here. The past 2 years the lobby has been closed more than open. Currently the lobby is only open Wed. And if you want to have a real banking relationship of more than just deposits/withdrawals you will have to do your business by appointment only.

      Charging people to cash a check that is a sun trust check!!! Just because you don't have an account there. Beating people out of their hard earned money so they can get free money out of people that already have a hard time!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! I have the idea they don't want to go to heaven.
