  Most Banks are about the same with customer service making the difference. BB&T Guilford College is the best customer service which is saying alot since many banks provide good customer service. First of all I have a 'personal banker' who I can actually call and talk with. Malorie Holloway, my personal banker, returns my calls if she is not immediately available. She goes over and above in helping me out. In my most recently transaction, Malorie was easy to reach and was most helpful in addressing my needs. I am handicapped and when I got to the bank Joe could see I was having trouble getting inside. Joe met me at the door and helped me out and was so courteous and kind. I know Banks have rules and regulations but I am sure BB&T trains their "people" about the importance of customer service in addition to rules and regulations. Thank you so much. Malorie and Joe's kindess and courtesy made me feel like a valuable customer not just a number. Thanks BB&T for having the admosphere of good customer service!

  I sat outside this location for 30mins waiting for them to open to make a deposit. It's past 9:15 am and they are still not open. Now I'm late for an appointment because they are not open. Please update your hours because it looks like you don't open at 9am.

  Banker there has been unable to help me with last three requests I’ve had. Needing simple things such as statements and transaction history when I am unable to be near a computer to do it myself. Don’t get email responses for two days or longer. When I asked if he could email me transaction history, he asked me why couldn’t I do it myself...? Tellers are great, bankers have extremely poor customer service.
