      I was part of the unfortunate troupe that was spun off after the Suntrust-BB&T merger. I needed a copy of my February 2019 and 2020 checking account statements, which I no longer have online access to, for a loan application and I didn't have time for Customer Service to mail them to me. I went to the Mebane branch, which is now the closest Suntrust to me in Hillsborough, Tiffany printed them for me and had them ready in 45 minutes! Saved me a lot of time and frustration! Thank you Tiffany! Much appreciated!

      Poor management, poor customer service. I requested the manager verify a check i was depositing. She did and it was valid. They then placed a 10 day hold on the funds because I didn't have the matching amount in my account already. She didn't even have the decency to call to inform me of the hold.. as she said she would. She is great at making excuses though.

      Lobby customer care is not very good. Teller would rather carrying on personal conversation with customer while others wait in line. No attempt to call over drive through teller to help customers in line who by the way had no one at the window .
