      Noah helped my wife with a matter today and she said his customer service skills were excellent. In fact, she said he provided the best customer service she has ever received from any BB&T branch.

      They are closed on Saturdays at this branch because they are short staffed??? I guess that’s what happens when they reduced their workforce to cut costs and now I have to drive to the warminster branch on Saturdays and wait 20 minutes in their drive thru because they’re short staffed also.
