      Been using this bank for years , issues every since opening account . Only reason I haven’t close accounts is , cause I’m praying truist will be a better bank , if not after trying the new platform I’ll close accounts if anything like Sun trust ….Branch is closing , one worker that works . Others just collecting paycheck. Zero star rating from me, don’t deposit checks over 100 bucks or they will hold them for over a week . I legit wish I never open account here , also even when opt out over draft protection , they will still allow money to to be released and hit u with over draft fees . Just my experience hope yours was or is better than mine!

      If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. There was 2 tellers 1 was helping people and one was not. Both of their attitudes were absolutely deplorable. Neither one of these people should be working in customer service. I will definitely not ever use this branch again. I will even go out of my way if I have to that's how bad this place was.
