      This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Took 3 months to get check for our business. We ordered them 3 times before we got them. The people there have do idea what they're doing. Any time I'm there, there's other people having problems with them. I would not recommend them to my enemy!

      I have a credit card that is associated from BB&T and it was transferred over to Truist. It is impossible for me to access my card online. I have been bounced from department to department for an hour and a half and no one can help.
