      If you are looking for a Bank to use look somewhere else. This Bank has no Customer Service. Trying to talk to someone over the phone is Impossible. You have to leave your number and hold they call you Back.

      I had the worst experience with this bank I open an account online due to the COVID when I came to cash my check they told me I can not cash my check because there wasn’t any signature on file but I can deposit my check which will not be available to me until 2 or business days then said I should’ve open my account in house but how when everything is going on and why is it a problem when you have my id so you know it’s me and I have a account with you all so why is it a hassle to open my account now my account is under investigation why I do not know they are currently giving me a run around all morning I will be closing my account today an so is my husband worst bank ever I never experienced anything like this I can not take any money out bills are due all because of a signature
