      Don’t ever go to this bank!!! Andre Regis was a woman who helped me with refinancing my vehicle and NEVER stated that my GAP insurance would be cancelled due to this. I asked her if everything would stay the same and she said it would. Surelyenough, it DID NOT. These people are not here to help you. I’ve been with this bank for over 12 years and will NEVER bank with them again once my issue is resolved. I had totaled my vehicle and thanks to ANDRE, I now owe 5k On the car because my GAP insurance is no longer active (Which was never expressed to me).

      Every time I put any check in this bank they hold it for at least seven days. I am currently waiting on elevenhundred dollars. It has been eleven days. I never have access to my money!! Last night the atm machine to take out 80 bucks and never got it. I go in this morning and the manager tells me it's my responsibility to now file a claim and wait!!!!!!! I am afraid to put my money in my account here!!!!!!! My fiance has the same problems!!!!!!

      I write my daughter a check each month for the same amount. For some reason they hold it for almost 2 weeks. You would think after a year that they would realize my check was good. I do not get interest for that 2 week period and neither does my daughter. I suppose BB&T gets it???
