      This is one of the worst banks at BB&T I have ever dealt with. 3 of the last 4 visits dealing with Mercy has been god awful. She is beyond clueless and I refuse to deal with this nasty unpleasant woman again! The younger male is the only one that knows what he is doing at this location.
