      Now my review has dropped. I've been a customer at this branch for 15 years. At first, the staff was consistent and all services could be done on Saturday with an appointment. But recently, before COVID, there has been a lot of turnover and understaffing. Many services are unavailable on Saturdays, the only day that my family and I can easily get to a bank. Before COVID, it was becoming a a difficult place to do business and now it is officially a "difficult place."
