      Been a Suntrust customer for several years now, and recently my banking app severely malfunctioned and I couldn’t get through to the customer help line to fix it. I had no choice but to go in person to get it sorted out. This review is for the manager that helped me, Mr. Abri Roodt I believe was his name. He was so incredibly helpful, even offered to stay late after closing with me when the technical issues couldn’t be fixed by close. I declined, even though I’m sure he would’ve done it without complaint. Then, he personally called me back the next day after fixing everything himself first thing that morning. I appreciate the wonderful customer service, and Mr. Roodt for going above and beyond.

      Th customer service at this branch is without peer. The absolute best! I have never had any company provide a level of service approaching what this SunTrust branch provides. I am so very glad I opened this account.
