  I've been banking with BB&T Bank known as Truist Bank for approximately 4 years or more and I must say that everyone there is really professional accurate with finding an account that best suits your banking needs. The lobby is fast pace, hardly ever any wait time that's longer than 6 mins, the teller's are fast pace and precise with suitable information about their product services. The drive thru is also really great. I'm elated with how quickly they process information in and out of the accounts. I've also used the 🏧 both midday and evening and I've felt safe doing both timeframe. They have however since the implementation of new systems had downtime for depositing cash but the receiving end was just fine. I'm staying for the long hall unless I have a major issue with them. Thus for the most part my money's been safe. Oh and my long time relationship banker Sherita Martin has made it a very pleasant banking journey she's always available for questions and provides accurate account information. She's definitely awesome. I'm glad to be in good hands.

  I loved my business banking experience. They are very active in the community. They provide FREE financial literacy classes at many of the local libraries and churches. When I opened my Free business account I was provided with a FREE thorough industry analysis report. I can't speak for anybody else but my experience has been great! I am not looking forward to the merger with SunTrust because I am concerned that BB&T will lose its personal community touch but we shall see.
