      The staff at this bank are always courtesy and polite. From the moment you walk in the bank, they always greet you with saying welcome to SunTrust now Trust. Although on busier days, they are somewhat slow, but still manage to treat you equally with a smile. Today this bank was temporarily closed due to a safety issue with employees. Hopefully this is not permanent as I would hate to go to another SunTrust bank that may not have the excellent customer service experience as the branch in Forest Park has.

      Horrible service. After sitting in commercial line for almost an hour with only one car at the window the lady came up and opened the door and walked away. Deposit bag has just been sitting in the slot for about 15 minutes.
