      Always very nice. I bank here and so does my whole family. Only thing is one guy didn't talk to my boyfriend and I about the credit card payments. He just automatically set it to auto pay. We fixed the problem under 5 min at this location.

      Save yourself the headache and don't give this bank your money. The employees are rude and miserable especially the lady Carolyn who's desk is in the front. I had an appointment because the debit card that Truist said they sent never arrived. I asked Carolyn a question about getting a temporary card while I wait for the second new card to be sent to me (because all of the other banks do that). She obnoxiously rolled her eyes and said that she can't do that. No apology, just a "you'll have to wait for in to come in the mail" in a sarcastic tone. I need access to my money so I can pay my bills. I can't even write paper checks because my account number changed when the banks merged. Let alone log into online banking so I can zelle my landlord. I closed my accounts and took my money across the bridge to Fith Third. They welcomed me with open arms and friendliness. And they even gave me a temp card on the spot while I waited for my new card in the mail.

      I wish I can leave 0 Stars . Suntrust and bbt are joint now and Women with red hair and glasses and older women who stutters is very rude . My account was in a negative stance and they told me I couldn’t get a card until my balance is paid I paid a 107.50 balance and came the next day and was told I can’t have a card because it’s fee waived which I don’t understand why does that matter ? Manager said because she doesn’t feel comfortable which I thought was very rude and lack professionalism because she did this in front of her staff which again was unprofessional and rude . Worse experience ever and I have been a customer of bbt for 5 plus years definitely leaving now
