      If you are looking for an AWFUL banking experience, go ahead and open an account with SunTrust now called TRUIST. This is by far the worst bank there is. I was going through COVID and needed to deposit money for my monthly bills. I asked my sister to make a deposit for me and the bank refused to accept the deposit. The wanted my sister to buy a money order from them and then make a deposit. I'm telling you, stay away from this bank and save yourself some awful experiences.

      Absolute worst! Was told over the phone they close at 5pm. They close at 3pm... The branch is permanently closing in March. Good riddance!!! SunTrust sucks!
