      When my account was hacked and all my money was taken, I was told that I wasn't guaranteed to get my money back. They seemed bored with me and took their time while I was panicking. They left me without a penny for over two weeks. Completely unprofessional and I can't express how glad I am that I left this bank.

      Absolutely awful to deal with the teller at the drive through window gives nothing but problems and attitude and seems to not be well trained. And the overseeing manager of this branch isn’t much help either. All the other branches are great. Avoid this branch at all costs.
