      I have been trying to deposit for almost 2 weeks. Since BB&T and Suntrust has become Truist it has been a nightmare. You get l9cked out of your account and have to sit on hold for almost 2 hours to unlock your account. Just what I enjoy doing sitting on hold for 2 hours cause they hire Incompetent people If so today I finally find a branch to try deposit my check cause you can no longer take a picture 9f the check which I only found out cause I sat on hold for another 2 hours. I go to the drive thru and wait another 20 minutes and Fran says she can not deposit my check till Tuesday. This make me furious so cause Fran said I'm not Suntrust. This branch is located on Donald Ross rd in Jupiter. I went inside to get Frans name a.d let her know that she was Suntrsur until they became one I also said Fran don't worry about it cause I will be back on Tuesday to close all 6 of my accounts and she can explain to the branch manager why. Do yourself a favor if they threw you into this mess lime they did to me LETS ALL GET AWAY AND STAY AWAY.

      Very bad work, mainly by the character Julian Serna who is capable of treating clients with very rudeness and airs of greatness.After more than 15 years with this entity, thank this guy for leaving the Bank to another entity in May. .
