      Been with Suntrust over 13 years and I will say this, because I'm generally a positive guy, I have had a great experience with Suntrust for the years that I never had to walk inside. The moment I had to deal with them personally, it went down hill, fast. Employees are not trained well enough and will give you completely wrong/inaccurate info. Communication is horrible, no call back for days and when you do hear from them, they will not honor what they say and apologise and tell you that, "you have a valid frustration." Its a good thing my issue with them was really no big deal (not an emergency) but its the principle of it all. This level of service makes me reconsider everything. It's a real shame.
