      poor management. 2 tellers working. 10 ppl in line inside and 8 at the drive thru. do not come here if you don't have 40 minutes to sit in line. went to fort Ave., closed because no workers. can't get business done here in a timely manner. I just closed my account

      I have been a suntrust customer for more than 40 years and all their banks have professional helpful employees. The bb&t branch at Timberlake road Lynchburg is the utmost rude and unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. I will be removing my banking business from trusit once the transition has been completed. I advise the managers and directors for bb&t bank to send the employees to a school to understand how to deal with customers which make the bank this meager is the worst financial move directors could have ever made
