      Sounds like a lot of the clients are impatient. This isn’t fast food, this bank handles our cash. I’d rather a bank take their time, than do things incorrectly. Yes it’s an older facility but at the end of the day, the staff is friendly, I can trust I’m in good hands and they do the best they can. That’s what most important in a bank.

      New Branch since the merge of the 2 largest banks in Florida.....Evidently more training is needed for those working as Loan/Finance Manager / General Manager because the person at this location did not know how to resolve the issue.
