      On Aug 16,I went into withdraw money from my checking account,and I did not get a single hello or how are you doing..which is not a big deal.. but the whole affair was so weird. Left there feeling like I did something wrong to the clerk...which I didn't. I don't need to keep my money at SunTrust..but I do because customer service is usually great. Not sure why the clerk was so standoffish with me.

      This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially add a bank. Jacklyn, and Mariane help me set up a bank account and everything without me even having to go inside. They came out to my car and treated me like I was VIP. This will be my location from now on.
